Sip servlets are not detected by Cipango

If you are using the annotation javax.servlet.sip.annotation.SipServlet or any Sip Servlet annotation, Cipango must be started with annotation support.
This can be done with:

java -jar start.jar etc/cipango.xml etc/cipango-annot.xml
